Academic in name, anything but well-behaved in character: the Armchair Academie Uno Individual combines a solid construction of lacquered plywood, MDF and rubber tree solid wood with a soft polyester cover and a polyurethane foam core that delivers real seating comfort. At 80 cm wide and 92 cm deep, it gives the body room to truly relax – whether reading, thinking or simply doing nothing at all. Placed in the living room or used as a deliberate counterpoint in the bedroom, it holds its own as a standalone piece with a presence of its own.
