Rich patina meets cool shine: the Cigar Lounge office chair combines a 100% Nappa cowhide leather cover with a polished aluminium base and a waxed plywood corpus – a deliberate play of contrasts in materials. The height-adjustable seat adapts to the body rather than the other way around. Whether in a home study or a contemporary office, it creates an atmosphere that feels more like a gentlemen's club than a corporate open-plan floor. Once seated, it's hard not to wonder why work doesn't always look like this.
