Wanderlust as a design principle: the Wardrobe Trunk Globetrotter brings the aesthetic of classic steamer trunks into the bedroom – turning storage into a small voyage. The corpus of veneered ash plywood and stained-lacquered MDF gives the piece real substance, while the polyurethane-coated textile paneling recalls leather without pretending to be it. Eight spacious drawers keep everything from shirts to socks in order. Mounted on zinc-plated steel rollers, the trunk repositions effortlessly – beside the bed, against the wall or centre-stage as a sculptural furniture piece.
