Not everyone has a pet like this at home: this decorative figurine in the shape of a wide-open hippo is a decor sculpture and practical little helper in one. The Hungry Hippo, crafted from polyresin and lacquered in a charming vintage look, cheerfully swallows keys, jewellery and all kinds of odds and ends – without a single complaint. Standing 17 cm tall, this ornament figure cuts a decidedly fine figure on any console or sideboard, adding a touch of humour to interiors that don't take themselves too seriously. Who needs a key dish when a hippo does the job?
